Quoted before you book — never a surprise invoice
Boiler servicing isn't a one-size-fits-all job, so we don't price it that way. Tell us your boiler's make, model and where it's located, and we'll confirm a quote before anything is booked. The table below shows how our service × time-band pricing structure works; rates shown as “POA” are confirmed at quote stage rather than published as a flat figure.
Service × time-band structure
| Service | 7AM – 5PMStandard hours | 5PM – 12AMEvenings | 12AM – 7AMNight / emergency |
|---|---|---|---|
| Annual Boiler Service | POA | POA | POA |

| Boiler Service Plan / Cover | POA | POA | POA |
| Central Heating System Health Check | POA | POA | POA |

“POA” means the rate is confirmed per quote rather than published — send your boiler’s details for a confirmed figure.
Typical UK price ranges (for reference)
These are industry-average figures gathered from national UK pricing guides, not our own quote — they’re here so you know roughly what to expect before you contact us. Your actual price depends on your boiler’s make, model and access, confirmed before anything is booked.

Every job is quoted the same way: boiler details confirmed on the phone or via the contact form, a quote given before booking, and any follow-up work beyond the original scope agreed before it happens.
Four pricing principles
Quoted before we book
Boiler make, model and access all affect the price — we confirm a quote before any visit is booked, never after.
No flat rate for every home
A well-known combi in an easy cupboard and an older, less common model in a tight loft space are different jobs, priced differently.
Follow-up work priced separately
Servicing is one job; any fault found and any recommended repair is quoted separately, with no obligation.
No invented extras
No hidden “equipment charges” or “report admin fees” added after the visit that weren't part of the original quote.
Pricing questions
Why can't you just give me a fixed price over the phone?
Boiler type, age and how accessible it is within the property all affect how long a service takes, and a fair price reflects that rather than a flat rate applied to every home. We ask for your boiler's make and model to give an accurate quote.
Is a landlord Gas Safety Certificate priced differently to a boiler service?
Yes — it's priced by the number of gas appliances covered in the property, not per boiler. Combining it with an annual service in one visit is often more cost-effective than booking separately.
Will insurance or my landlord cover these costs?
Boiler servicing and Gas Safety Certificates are typically the landlord's or homeowner's responsibility rather than an insurance claim. Check your tenancy agreement or policy wording if you're unsure who's liable.
What's included in the price of a service plan?
This depends on the tier — some plans cover the annual service only, others add call-out cover. We set out exactly what's included before you choose a plan.
Is there a call-out fee separate from the service price?
Where a call-out or minimum charge applies, it's shown on this page and confirmed when you book. We don't add equipment surcharges or report fees after the visit that weren't part of the original quote.
Do prices vary by time of day like an emergency call-out?
Scheduled servicing is generally priced at standard rates rather than emergency time bands, since it's booked in advance rather than urgent. The table below reflects the same time-band structure used across our booking system.
Can I get a price for my specific boiler before I book?
Yes. Send your boiler's make, model and rough age, along with where it's located in the property, via the contact form. We reply with a quote and the earliest available slot.
